Refunds/Exchanges

At Pin-up press, each set is handmade and made-to-order, which means all sales are final.

Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order—such as:

• A missing item
• An incorrect set
• A damaged product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

✨ Note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to sizing issues or changes of mind once an order has been placed. Please double-check your sizing and design selection before purchasing.
