How do I know my size?

You can use a soft measuring tape or order a sizing kit(recommended) to find your perfect fit! If you’re using a measuring tape, just follow our step-by-step guide. With a sizing kit, you’ll try on sample nails and write down the ones that fit each finger best.


What if my hands are different sizes?

Totally normal! Lots of people have slightly different nail sizes on each hand. Be sure to measure each nail individually and send us both hands’ sizes when ordering custom sets.


How many nails come in a set?

Each set includes 10 nails in the sizes you select. To ensure the best fit, please order using your correct sizes. Not Sure? Grab a sizing kit before placing your order!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re hoping to offer international shipping in the future.

 

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! Our press-on nails are reusable with proper care.


How do I make press-on nails reusable?

Here are some simple tips to get the most wear out of your set:

  1. Use adhesive tabs for easy removal, or apply a light layer of nail glue.
  2. When ready to remove, soak your nails in warm soapy water or cuticle oil for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Gently lift the nails from the sides — never force or pull them off!
  4. Remove leftover glue or tabs from the back using a soft nail buffer or file.
  5. Store your nails in a dry, safe place to reuse again and again

 

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, vintage lover! If you have a special color combo, era inspiration, or design idea, just fill out our custom order form. We love custom orders and will do our best to bring your vision to life.


How long will it take to get my order?

All made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your glam nails are on the way.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because our nails are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a mistake on our end (like a missing or damaged item), let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


What comes in a press-on nail set?

Each set includes:

  • Your custom press-on nails
  • Nail prep kit (file, buffer, cuticle stick, alcohol wipe)
  • Application instructions
  • Glue and adhesive tabs


How long do press-ons last?

With proper prep and care, your nails can last up to 1–2 weeks using glue, and around 3–5 days with adhesive tabs. Want longer wear? Follow our prep tips and avoid prolonged water exposure.

Tips to make your nails last!

  1. Wear gloves when cleaning and washing up
  2. Keep nails dry and clean
  3. Avoid Intense heat
  4. Avoid long periods in water
  5. Don't use your nails as tools
  6. Avoid hard soaps and chemicals
  7. Use Cuticle oil daily
  8. Follow instructions for applying and removing nails.


How do I remove them safely?

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water and gently lift from the sides with a cuticle stick. Never force them off—your natural nails will thank you!
